Your satisfaction is important to us. If you aren't completely satisfied with a TINCT product, you can return it. Here's how easy it is.

1. Return deadline:

You have 30 days to return your product. This period begins once you or a person you designate (not the delivery person) receives the package.

2. Conditions for return:

Please ensure that the product you wish to return is new and unused. Please return it to us in its original packaging, if possible.

3. Products that cannot be returned:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been personalized specifically for you (e.g., with an engraving). This does not apply if the product is defective.

4. How to return something:

Please send us an email to store@TINCT.ch within 30 days.
Please include your order number and the product you wish to return in your email.
Your request will be processed within two business days of receipt. We will then send you our decision regarding the return within a maximum of seven days, along with all necessary information and the exact return address.

5. Return costs:

You, as the customer, will pay the costs for returning the product to TINCT.

7. Money back (refund):

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will prepare your refund. You will receive your money within two business days of receiving the goods. The money will be refunded using the same method you used to pay for the order.

8. Exchange:

Would you prefer to exchange your product for a different color? This is possible if the product is not personalized and meets the return conditions (new, unused, and in the original packaging). Please contact us via email.
